I even left the furnace make and model number in my email, yet the correct part was not brought. I had to call the office twice as they didn't respond to my initial email nor did they tell me the part needed to be ordered. It has been a week since I called last and they have made no efforts to contact me. We have been without a furnace for a week and a half now, presumably waiting on parts, and they have put no effort into communication. The tech was nice and professional but highly disappointed in the customer service, and debating canceling my membership."
